1. About our text messages
Baxter Wells Ltd sends one-to-one text messages to candidates and client hiring managers who have agreed to receive them. We use texts to arrange calls and interviews, share interview updates and follow up on job applications. We do not send marketing or bulk messages.
2. How you opt in
You can agree to receive texts by ticking the optional SMS box on our website contact form, or by telling us in writing (for example by email) that you are happy for us to text you. After you opt in, we send a confirmation text.
Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of working with us.
3. Message frequency and costs
- Message frequency varies depending on where you are in a recruitment process.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. How to opt out or get help

5. Your privacy
